Our Fees

We believe we can save you more than we charge you, our fees are set out below

Engagement fee

We charge an initial engagement fee of between £500 and £2,000 + VAT deductible from the success fee

On purchases

We charge between 1.5% – 2.5% + VAT of the purchase price or 15%, if greater, of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price

On rentals

We charge one month’s rent + VAT

Property Renovation and Refurbishment

This is agreed on an individual project basis, we typically charge a % of the project cost
