Registration Fee

Registration Fee of between £500 – £2,000 plus VAT for a 6-week contractual period. The registration fee will be deducted from the final fee once we are successful in securing a purchase/rental agreement

Purchase

1.5% -2.5% + VAT of the purchase price, or 15% plus VAT of the saving we negotiate between the asking price and the final purchase price (whichever is greater)

Rent

One month’s rent plus VAT

Orientation Visits

A one-day chauffeured orientation tour is included within the registration fee – we give a guide to properties available and advice on the local area. Further days are charged at £250 plus VAT

Charity

We have a policy of donating 20% of fees from corporate contracts to our chosen charity, The CAIRN Trust. The CAIRN Trust provides aid to children in rural Nepal. For more details, click here
